We’re looking for a Landlord Liaison Officer to help us identify good quality and affordable private & social rented accommodation for homeless men.
The role will involve engaging with reputable landlords into partnership working so we can provide safe and secure housing to those in need. You will also provide support to landlords in order to create long-term accommodation for our residents.
A typical day would include completing property inspections, establishing relationships with new landlords, looking for potential developments and supporting fellow members of staff.
You will need excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Empathy, understanding of our client group, self-motivation and the flexibility to meet our customer’s needs is also essential. DBS check and full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle for work and business insurance required.
